1. What this site is

laundromatnear.me is an independent directory of laundromats, dry cleaners and laundry services in the United States. We are not a laundromat or a cleaner: we do not wash, clean or deliver anything, take orders or handle payments for a business. For an order, a lost item, a price or a refund, contact the business directly.

2. Listing information

Listings are built from public business listings, business websites and information owners give us. We work to keep them correct but cannot promise that hours, prices or services are current. Information marked "provided by the business" comes from the owner, not from us. Call or check with the business before you go. You can report a mistake for free through our contact form.

3. Reviews

Reviews must follow our review guidelines. By submitting a review you confirm it describes your own experience, and you give us a non-exclusive licence to publish it. We may decline or remove reviews that break the guidelines. Owners cannot pay to remove a review or change a rating.

4. Business owner accounts

An owner account lets a business manage its own listing. You must be the owner, a manager or an authorised representative of the business you claim. A claim is approved as soon as you make it; we revoke a claim made without authority. You are responsible for what you publish on your listing: it must be accurate, lawful and yours to publish. We may edit or hide owner content that is misleading, unlawful or off-topic.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy the site in bulk, try to break its security, submit false information, or use it to send spam.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, text and compilation are ours. Map tiles are credited on the maps that use them. Owner content stays the owner's; you give us a licence to show it on the site while your listing is claimed.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the services a listed business provides, including damaged or lost items, pricing and billing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Paid plans, billing and refunds

Owners can buy one of three plans for one listing: Claimed ($19 one time), Pro ($19 a month) and Leads ($49 a month). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. What each plan includes is listed on the plans page.

Payments are final and non-refundable, including one-time payments, monthly charges and upgrade charges, with one exception: if you add a business that is not listed yet and we decline to publish it, we refund that payment in full.

Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. After a monthly plan ends, your listing stays claimed with the Claimed features. A plan covers one listing. The order of other businesses is never for sale beyond the placement rules stated on each page.
