Questions owners ask

Do I have to pay to fix a mistake on my page?

No. Anyone can report a wrong phone number, address or hours for free through our contact form, and we fix it. A plan is for owners who want to manage the page themselves: hours, prices, photos and more.

Is my business already listed?

Almost certainly: we list laundromats, dry cleaners and laundry services in every state. After you pay, search for it by name or phone number and it is yours right away. Not listed? Add it with the same plan; we check it and publish it, already claimed to you.

Where does my business show in my town list?

Above every unclaimed business in your town. Leads listings come first, then Pro, then Claimed.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pro and Leads are monthly and you can cancel at any time; everything stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Claimed is a one-time payment, with nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are final, with one exception: if you add a business that is not listed yet and we decline to publish it, we refund you in full.

Does a plan change my reviews?

No. A plan cannot remove or edit reviews, and reviews are moderated the same way for every business. With Pro or Leads you can post a public reply under each one.

What does "Owner verified" mean?

It means the owner has a plan and keeps the page up to date. It is not a quality rating.
